These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to our Site, and by accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to review and revise the Terms from time to time without prior notice. Furthermore, by using this site, you are automatically bound by any such changes. By viewing and using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or older. All orders must be placed through our site and are subject to availability and acceptance by us according to these Terms. Moreover, after the payment transaction is accepted, we will send an email confirming your order, and acceptance will take place. By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that you have accepted our Terms.

Purchasing Process:

To purchase any of our products, simply place an online order through our website at ShishaVibe.com. Once completed, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation, which does not guarantee the availability of your order but confirms that it has been received and is being processed.

Product Availability and Refunds:

Although we make an effort to keep all advertised products in stock, occasionally items may be out of stock or discontinued due to uncontrollable circumstances. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to provide a comparable substitute or a full refund. Our policy generally dictates that orders and purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in cases where the item is out of stock or discontinued. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellation Process:

We may cancel any order and stop supplying products if it is reasonable to do so, and we may change or discontinue product availability without notice. If we cancel your order, we will refund your payment in full, and this will not affect your Statutory Rights.

Defective Products Process:

We process each order individually, and should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect order, please inform us within seven days of receiving it. We will then replace or refund your order according to our terms and conditions, subject to reasonability.

Stock Levels:

Although we aim to maintain accurate stock levels for all our products, availability is subject to change at ShishaVibe. If an item is out of stock, we will remove it from your order or replace it with a similar product. If you still need the item and we cannot find a matching replacement, we will put the order on hold until the item becomes available again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Customs and Order Dispatch

To ensure your privacy, ShishaVibe provides discreet packaging. However, we cannot control Customs and Excise. If the items you have ordered do not comply with the laws in your area, there is a risk of customs interfering with your package. We strive to dispatch all orders within two working days to ensure fast delivery.

Currency For Payment:

All payments are taken in GBP (UK Pound Sterling).

Payment and Order Info:

When paying with a foreign currency-denominated account, we’ll debit your account in Pounds Sterling (£) at the conversion rate applied by the payment scheme. We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling (£) and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if payment is refused or not authorised by the card issuer.

Charges Information:

Prices on our site include VAT, but not delivery charges. We may change prices and offers at any time. Though we try to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we’ll notify you and offer revised pricing for the products.

Refund Procedure:

After we receive the returned goods and confirm their satisfactory condition through a full inspection, you may choose between a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee) or re-delivery. If you opt for re-delivery, Clause 6.1 will be applicable.

International Deliveries and Customs Duties:

For deliveries outside of the UK, there may be additional import duties and taxes that are levied by the local customs authorities. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we have no control over them. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any guidance on the amount of these charges or whether they will apply to your order. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain the necessary information. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

ShishaVibe.com does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party. We accepts all major Debit & Credit cards and direct bank transfers.

Returns Term And Policies:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found here.

Faulty Item Returns Policy:

To return a faulty item, we offer free UK returns via First Class Recorded Delivery, but we cannot accept additional charges for other courier services. If you are returning the item from overseas, please use your country’s national postal service and ensure that it is insured. We recommend against using FedEx or other overnight courier services, and please note that we will not cover the cost of such services.

Return an Order from ShishaVibe:

To initiate a return, it’s required to obtain prior authorisation from us. You can email us at hello@shishavibe.co.uk to get approval before returning any products. The return shipment must be at your own risk and expense and should be completed within seven days of approval.

Refund Policy For Returned Products:

Regarding returned products, we do not refund the original shipping/postage cost, regardless of fault. However, if the stock is found to be faulty, incorrect, or missing, it will not incur any refund charge. In cases where cancellations are not ShishaVibe.com’s fault, we deduct 6% of the order value for Debit & Credit Card refunds. But, for a refund by cheque, we will only deduct 3%.

Exchanges / Cancellations:

If you want to choose different products from our range, you may exchange items within seven days of receiving them. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and you need to let us know which items you want as replacements. You will be responsible for paying the cost of sending the replacements and any additional balance. However, keep in mind that our return policy applies, and if you wish to cancel your order, you should contact us by email before 4 pm on the day of the order.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it. We will always email you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

The Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
