Purchasing:

Welcome and thank you for visiting ShishaVibe.co.uk. Our website (“our Site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our Site and by accessing our Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to review and revise the Terms from time to time, without prior notice. By using this site you are automatically bound by any such changes. So please read these Terms carefully. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these Terms, then you should contact us at hello@shishavibe.com before placing an order with us.

These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy.

By viewing and using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older
All orders must be placed via our Site.
All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptance of your order will take place once the payment transaction has been accepted, at which time we will email confirmation of your order to you.
By placing an order on our Site you confirm you have accepted our Terms.

You can purchase any of our products only by placing an online order at ShishaVibe.com
Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.
We aim to supply all products that we advertise for sale. However, we cannot guarantee supply, as products may occasionally be discontinued and/or out of stock for reasons beyond our control.
If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer you a choice of either a similar alternative product (subject to any price different being met) or a full refund.
Orders/ purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable unless the/a item is out of stock or discontinued
ShishaVibe.com may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.
Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
All products and services are subject to availability. ShishaVibe.com endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.
ShishaVibe.com are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Pricing & Payment:

All prices seen on the website are final. Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.
All payments are taken in GBP (UK Pound Sterling).

We accept payment by debit/credit cards or via PayPal. On high value orders we are able to arrange an invoice and payment can be accepted via CHAPS.
We only accept payment in Pounds (£) Sterling. If you choose to pay for a product using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, we will debit your account in Pounds (£) Sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
You confirm that the debit/credit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery
All prices listed on our Site include VAT.
All prices listed on our Site exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Although we try to ensure prices displayed on our Site are accurate, an error may occur and a price may be incorrectly stated. In the event that a product has been priced incorrectly, you will be notified as soon as possible of the correct price and have the option to buy at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed with the order at the correct price you will be refunded in full. If we are unable to contact you or you do not reconfirm your order at the correct price within 5 days of us contacting you, your order in respect of the incorrectly priced product will be treated as cancelled.
Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax, Sales Taxor any other Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
It is your responsibility as the customer purchasing goods from our Site to ensure that the goods you are purchasing are permitted in your country and not prohibited. In the event that your order is detained by customs, refused clearance and must therefore be returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the goods to be returned to us.
Once the goods are returned to us and a full inspection is carried out to check that the goods are in a satisfactory resellable condition, you have the option of either a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or re-delivery. If the re-deliver option is chosen, clause 6.1 will apply.
For all deliveries to locations outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied upon the delivery of such products to the specified address. You are solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control whatsoever in respect of any such additional import duties, taxes or charges levied and we cannot advise you what these may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
For all deliveries to locations outside the UK, you shall be deemed the importer and it shall be your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of the country to which the order is delivered. We are, in no way, liable to you or any third parties for any breach by you of any such laws arising from or in connection with the purchase of the products and/or our delivery of your order to you.
All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of ShishaVibe.com until paid for in full.
ShishaVibe.com does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.
ShishaVibe.com may on occasion require a credit check for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed.
ShishaVibe.com accepts all major Debit & Credit cards and direct bank transfers.

Returns Policy:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Faulty products / damaged items:
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
You have the right to return your order within a period of 7 days starting on the day you receive your order. Before returning any products to us you must first email us at hello@shishavibe.co.uk for prior authorisation. Products must be returned within 7 days from authorisation, at your own expense and risk.
We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty products after 7 days. Please note that any unwanted or non-faulty products returned to us within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original selling price will be deducted from the refund, providing the products are in resellable condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork and accessories.
No refund can be given for the original shipping/postage cost of any products which are returned regardless of fault.
Please note:
– Faulty, incorrect or missing stock will carry no charge on refund
On PayPal and Credit Card refunds, 6% from the value of your order will be deducted should you wish to cancel your order through no fault of ShishaVibe.com (e.g cancellation of your order because you no longer want it). If you are happy to accept a refund in the form of a cheque, then only 3% will be deducted from the value of your refund.
Exchanges / Cancellations:
If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new, unused condition and must be in a condition that can be resold. Products must be returned ‘as sold’, in the original unused condition and in the original.
Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will contact you to pay the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies. If you wish to cancel your order you should contact us before 4pm on the day of the order by email.

Back Orders:

In the event your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Website Content:

We will always try to ensure that the details, prices, photographs, videos and descriptions of our products appearing on our Site are correct at all times. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products and information that appears on our site. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of any information we place on our Site, we make no warranties whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Complaints:

All complaints should be sent by email to hello@shishavibe.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two week period. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Statutory Rights:

Nothing contained within our Terms in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Law:

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
