For Same Day Delivery in London, your order must be placed before 5:00 PM (4:00 PM on Sunday). This service is available seven days a week, providing you with a quick and convenient delivery option when you need it the most.

Customers who live within 4 miles of our London Bridge store will be charged £3.99 for this delivery option. For those who live further than 4 miles, an additional £2 per mile will be added to the base fee of £3.99 for each subsequent mile.

At Shisha Vibe, we take pride in offering fast same-day delivery across London. To manage this service effectively and maintain affordable pricing, we subsidise our deliveries, relying on a third-party courier service to transport your orders swiftly and safely. To keep these costs manageable, we strategically group orders for specific geographic areas – North, East, South, and West London. This consolidation is vital for the cost-effectiveness of our operation.
Unfortunately, this may mean we have to cancel an order if it’s located too far away, if it only includes low-cost items like disposable vapes, or if it’s the sole order in a specific area for the day. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and we don’t take such decisions lightly.
However, these measures are essential to ensure we can continue to provide this same-day delivery service to all customers, while keeping our prices competitive. We are truly grateful for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Important Delivery Update – Vape Kits Containing Batteries

Due to recent Royal Mail delivery restrictions on products containing lithium batteries, we are currently experiencing issues delivering certain vape products to specific UK postcodes.

Royal Mail has introduced new limitations which restrict parcels to a maximum of two devices containing lithium batteries per parcel. This includes:

Prefilled vape kits (rechargeable devices with prefilled pods)
Standard vape kits (hardware kits with built-in batteries)
Disposable vapes (where still permitted under UK law)
Standalone Vape Batteries (18650/21700)

🚫 Affected Postcodes

Orders containing two or more devices with lithium batteries cannot currently be shipped via Royal Mail to the following areas:

AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK1–FK16, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA1–KA26, KA29–KA30, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR21–TR25, ZE

and other remote or offshore postcodes such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

These restrictions are enforced by Royal Mail under their Civil Aviation Authority licence, as parcels to these destinations are routed by air transport.
