How Does It Work
To use our Same Day Delivery By Courier service, simply place your order online before 4:00 PM and select “Same Day Delivery By Courier – Sent After 4PM – London Only” at checkout. This ensures your order is dispatched on the same day, ready for delivery. We collaborate with a dedicated third-party courier to guarantee that your items reach you quickly and safely, all while keeping the service cost-effective.

Once your order is placed and processed by 4:00 PM, it will be dispatched the same day. Delivery typically occurs on the same day, although the exact time can vary depending on your location within London and the courier’s schedule. Is My Area Covered?
Our same-day delivery service is available exclusively to customers within the London area with eligible postcodes. If you’re within 4 miles of our London Bridge store, you’ll be charged a flat rate of £3.99. For those residing further away, additional charges apply: £2 per mile for each subsequent mile. This pricing structure helps us extend our delivery reach while maintaining affordability for a wide range of customers. To achieve this, we subsidise the delivery costs, partnering with a third-party courier to ensure timely and safe transportation of your orders. We organise deliveries by consolidating them into specific geographic regions: North, East, South, and West London. This method helps us maintain cost-effectiveness and extend our service to as many customers as possible.
However, there are circumstances under which we may need to cancel an order:
- If the delivery address is excessively far from other orders or outside our standard delivery zones.
- If the order consists solely of low-cost items, such as disposable vapes, which may not justify the delivery cost on their own.
- If it is the only order heading to a specific area that day.
These decisions are not made lightly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience they might cause. These measures are crucial to keep our same-day delivery viable and prices competitive for all our customers. Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated as we continue to enhance our services to better serve you.

If you require earlier dispatch, please contact our customer service before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee delivery before 4 PM without prior arrangement.

If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, the driver may try to contact you directly. Should the delivery remain unsuccessful, the courier will reattempt delivery the following day. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed minus the delivery costs. Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery to avoid these complications.
Our courier service dispatches orders after 5 PM. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to high demand, traffic, or adverse weather conditions. If your order does not arrive on the same day and you haven’t received any communication from us, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
Shisha Vibe cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery, especially if specific delivery instructions were provided to leave the parcel in an unsecured location. We recommend selecting a secure delivery spot and being present after 5pm.
Currently, our same-day delivery service is only available within London. We are looking to expand our delivery options in the future, so please check back for updates.
The delivery driver does not have access to your phone number unless it is absolutely necessary, such as if they need to contact you because you are not responding at the delivery address. In such cases, we provide your number solely for the purpose of facilitating delivery.
